Please note, all purchases are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD).

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If your product experiences issues due to a manufacturing defect within 3 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement:

  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.
